WHAT PNTHR IS
PNTHR is a read-only market intelligence tool: a radar for public onchain data on Base and other supported chains, with watchlists, scoring, alerts, and educational content. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial advisor. We never hold your funds and cannot move them.
NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Everything on PNTHR — hunt scores, signals, badges, AI explainers, briefs, and story cards — is generated from public data by automated rules. It is informational only and is NOT financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile; you can lose everything you put in. Any trade you make is entirely your own decision and your own risk.
ACCOUNTS AND DEVICE-LOCAL DATA
Your PNTHR profile lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing storage or switching devices erases it — back up anything you care about. You are responsible for keeping your own wallet credentials secure; PNTHR will never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and any message that does is a scam.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't abuse the radar: no scraping at scale, no hammering our APIs, no attempting to bypass rate limits, no uploading malicious files (e.g., oversized or weaponized avatars), and no using PNTHR to run phishing, scams, or impersonation. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic without notice.
DATA ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
Market and onchain data comes from third-party providers (CoinGecko, Alchemy, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck, and others) and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Synthetic data is always labeled (DEMO streams). The site is provided as-is and as-available; we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
PREMIUM, TRIALS, AND GEMS
The Hunter tier is a device-local trial — no payment, no card, cancellable by doing nothing. Gems, streaks, and badges are a loyalty game with no monetary value; they are not cryptocurrency, cannot be traded or withdrawn, and may be adjusted or reset at any time. Apex membership is invite-only.
AFFILIATE LINKS
Some outbound venue and tool links are affiliate links (marked REF). They cost you nothing extra and don't change our rankings — but they may earn PNTHR a commission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNTHR and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the site, reliance on its data, or any trading decisions you make. If this clause is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us — which, for a free product, is zero.
